Referral Fee Agreement 1. REFERRAL. [referring broker] ("Referring Broker") refers client [client name] to [Business Name] ("Receiving Broker") for [purchase / sale / lease] of property in [area]. 2. FEE. Receiving Broker will pay Referring Broker [25]% of the gross commission actually received on the referred client\'s first closed transaction within [12] months. No fee is due if no transaction closes. 3. PAYMENT. Due within [10] days of Receiving Broker\'s receipt of commission, paid broker-to-broker (both brokers confirm active licenses — referral fees may only be paid to licensed brokers). 4. SCOPE. Referring Broker\'s role ends at the introduction; Receiving Broker is solely responsible for the services and conduct of the transaction.

El Corredor Receptor pagará al referente [25]% de la comisión bruta realmente recibida en la primera transacción cerrada dentro de [12] meses. Sin cierre no hay honorario. 3. PAGO. Dentro de [10] días de recibida la comisión, de corredor a corredor (ambos confirman licencias activas — los honorarios por referidos solo pueden pagarse a corredores con licencia). 4. ALCANCE. El rol del referente termina con la presentación; el Receptor es el único responsable de la transacción.
