Our service is built to be reached the way that works best for you:
- Voice-first. A phone line answered in natural speech can be used by people who can't or prefer not to use an app or website โ including many older callers and people with disabilities.
- English & Spanish. Callers are served in their language.
- TTY / relay. We support telecommunications relay service โ dial 711 โ for callers who are deaf, hard of hearing, or have a speech disability.
- Website. We aim for sufficient color contrast, keyboard navigation, descriptive text alternatives, and clear, readable structure.
