AI & Communications Disclosure

KwickPhone answers and places phone calls and sends text messages on behalf of the businesses that use our service. This page explains, plainly, what that means when you call a business that uses KwickPhone — or receive a call or text from one.

1. You may be speaking with an AI assistant

When you call a business that uses KwickPhone, your call may be answered by an automated, artificial-intelligence voice assistant rather than a person. The assistant identifies itself as automated at the start of the call. It is acting on behalf of the business you called — for example, to take an order, book an appointment, answer common questions, or take a message.

This disclosure is provided in keeping with laws that require automated/bot communications to be disclosed (such as California's Bolstering Online Transparency Act). You can ask to speak with, or leave a message for, a person at the business at any time.

2. AI responses are assistance, not a final, binding commitment

The AI assistant helps move your request along, but its statements during a call or text are operational assistance, not a binding legal commitment by the business or by Jins Tech Corporation. The authoritative record of any order, booking, quote, or payment is the confirmation the business or system sends afterward (such as a confirmation text, email, or receipt) and the business's own records. If something the assistant said doesn't match your confirmation, the confirmation and the business's records control — please contact the business to resolve it.

3. Calls may be monitored or recorded

Calls handled by KwickPhone may be monitored, recorded, and transcribed for quality, training, accuracy, and record-keeping. Where calls are recorded, a notice is provided at the start of the call. We apply an all-party (two-party) consent standard as our baseline — meaning we aim to notify everyone on the call that it may be recorded — so the practice is consistent across U.S. states, including those (such as California and Massachusetts) that require all parties to consent. If you do not consent to being recorded, you may end the call and contact the business by another method. Recordings and transcripts are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Text messages

KwickPhone may send text messages on behalf of a business — primarily to confirm or follow up on an order, appointment, or request you made. These are transactional messages tied to your interaction with that business. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of further texts at any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for help. We honor opt-out requests and suppress further messages to a number that has opted out. The basis for contacting you is your interaction and relationship with the business you reached.
