This Privacy Policy explains how Jins Tech Corporation (doing business as KwickOS, "we," "us"), operator of KwickPhone and the website kwickphone.com, handles information. KwickPhone is a product of the KwickOS platform.

1. Information we collect

• Information you provide. If you contact us or request a demo (for example, by email), we receive your name, email address, and anything you choose to include.
• Usage data. We use a privacy-friendly analytics tool (Umami) to understand aggregate site usage—pages viewed, referrer, approximate region, device type. It is configured to minimize personal data and does not build advertising profiles.
• Call and message data (from the KwickPhone service). When our AI assistant answers or places a call or sends a text on behalf of a business, we may process the caller's phone number, the audio recording and transcript of the call, and the details of the request (such as an order, booking, message, or payment information handled on the business's behalf). We handle this data as a service provider to the business, on its behalf and under its instructions.

2. How we use information

To respond to your inquiries, operate and improve our website and services, deliver and confirm the calls, bookings, orders, and messages handled for businesses, maintain accurate records, and for security and legal compliance.

Improving our AI. We may use call recordings and transcripts to operate, secure, and improve the accuracy and quality of our AI. Where we use this data to train or improve our models, we use it in de-identified or aggregated form with personal identifiers removed. We do not use protected health information (PHI) for these purposes; PHI is handled only as permitted by the applicable Business Associate Agreement (see our Trust & Compliance Center).

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share a business's customer data with its competitors. We share information only with the business on whose behalf a call or message was handled, with service providers who help us operate (for example, telephony/messaging, AI, email, and hosting providers, under appropriate confidentiality and—where applicable—Business Associate terms), and where required by law.

4. Cookies & analytics

Our analytics are designed to work with minimal or no cookies. Any cookies used are for basic site functionality.

5. Call recording & messaging

Calls handled by KwickPhone may be monitored, recorded, and transcribed, with a notice provided at the start of the call; we apply an all-party (two-party) consent standard as our baseline. Text messages are primarily transactional, and you can opt out of further texts by replying STOP. For details, see our AI & Communications Disclosure.

6. Your choices & rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, and Texas residents have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, including the right to know, access, correct, delete, and opt out of the sale of personal data (we do not sell data). For call data handled on a business's behalf, we may direct your request to that business as the controller of its records.

7. Data retention & security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above (or as required by law or an applicable agreement), after which it is deleted or de-identified. We protect information using reasonable, industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest and access controls.

8. Children

This site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the dates above reflect the latest version.
