What can I build with it?
Anything that needs a phone that thinks: AI receptionists, drive-thru and phone ordering, booking lines, lead capture and qualification, reminder and follow-up calls. You get the voice agent and the numbers; you own the product and the customer.
How does number provisioning work?
Call POST /v1/numbers to buy and assign a local US number to an agent in seconds, set its webhook, and release it anytime. You can also port numbers you already own. Numbers are $5/number/month.
How is talk time billed?
Per minute of live AI conversation, billed by the second, on three volume tiers — $0.49/min (Starter, 200 min/mo), $0.39/min (Growth, 1,000 min/mo) and $0.29/min (Scale, unlimited). It's all-in: telephony, the number, speech, the model and the voice — plus the infrastructure and support we run for you. No separate vendor bills to assemble.
What about payments?
The agent can take payment on the call, fully PCI-compliant (SAQ-A) — card data never touches your servers. Processing is pass-through at standard rates; you keep the merchant relationship.
Is there a sandbox and free credits?
Yes — free test numbers, full call logs and recordings, and starter credits so you can build and test before you pay a cent.
Can I white-label and resell it?
Yes — that's the model. Every developer on the API is effectively a KwickPhone partner/reseller: ship it under your own brand and numbers, set your own customer pricing on top of our wholesale usage rates, and own the billing and relationship. Distributors and agencies bringing volume get better rates as they scale.
