Do not place or wait on a booking, message, or callback. This service is not monitored for emergencies and is not a substitute for emergency services.
1. KwickPhone is a technology provider
KwickPhone provides communications and scheduling technology — an AI phone assistant — that independent businesses use to answer calls, take orders, and book appointments. We do not provide, perform, supervise, license, employ, train, background-check, endorse, or guarantee the services of those businesses (for example, dental or medical care, repairs, home services, salon or grooming services, food preparation, or any other service). The business you reach is independent of Jins Tech Corporation. Nothing here creates an agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between us and any business or any consumer.
2. No medical, legal, or other professional advice
Any information provided by the platform or the AI assistant is general and informational only. It is not professional medical, dental, legal, financial, or other advice, and must not be relied on as such. Using the service, hearing information from the AI, or booking an appointment does not create a doctor-patient, attorney-client, or any other professional relationship. A professional relationship is formed only directly with the licensed professional or business when you are seen or served by them. Do not delay seeking, or disregard, professional advice because of anything on this platform.
3. We are not responsible for the businesses' services
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jins Tech Corporation is not responsible or liable for the acts, omissions, qualifications, licensing, workmanship, safety, conduct, products, or service quality of any business you reach through KwickPhone, or for any property damage, personal injury, loss, or harm arising from that business's services. Any dispute, complaint, refund, or claim about a service, product, payment, or appointment is solely between you and that business, and you must resolve it directly with them. KwickPhone does not mediate, fulfill, insure, or assume liability for those services or disputes.
4. Appointments, deposits, no-shows & cancellations
Appointment availability and any deposit, prepayment, no-show, late, or cancellation terms are set and enforced by each individual business — not by KwickPhone. Many businesses require you to cancel or reschedule within a certain window (for example, 24 or 48 hours in advance) and may charge a fee or keep a deposit if you miss an appointment or cancel late. Where KwickPhone helps collect a deposit or payment, it does so on the business's behalf as a technical conduit; the funds and the policy belong to the business, and the business is responsible for refunds, chargebacks, and applicable taxes. Please confirm the specific business's policy before booking.
5. Information provided "as is"
Hours, pricing, availability, menus, services, and other details the assistant shares come from each business and may change or be incomplete or out of date. Everything is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. Please confirm important details directly with the business.
