Exclusive Right-to-Sell Listing Agreement
1. PROPERTY & PARTIES. [owner name] ("Seller") lists the property at [address] exclusively with [Business Name] ("Broker") from [start] to [end].
2. PRICE. Listing price: $[amount], or another price Seller accepts in writing.
