Buyer Representation Agreement
1. PARTIES. [Business Name] ("Broker", through agent [agent name]) will represent [buyer name] ("Buyer") in locating and negotiating the purchase of real property in [area], for property types: [types].
2. TERM. From [start date] to [end date]. Either party may end this agreement earlier with written notice; obligations for properties already shown survive for [90] days.
