Employee Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Agreement In consideration of my employment with [Business Name], I agree: 1. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION includes customer lists and contact information, pricing, recipes/formulas/processes, vendor terms, marketing plans and anything marked or treated as confidential. It does not include information that is public through no fault of mine. 2. USE. I will use confidential information only to do my job, and will not share it outside the company during or after my employment. 3. RETURN. When my employment ends I will return or delete all company materials, files and access credentials. 4. NOTICE (Defend Trade Secrets Act, 18 U.S.C. §1833(b)): I cannot be held criminally or civilly liable for disclosing a trade secret in confidence to a government official or attorney solely to report or investigate a suspected violation of law. 5. This agreement does not restrict my right to discuss wages or working conditions protected by law (NLRA §7), and survives the end of my employment.
