Service Terms & Conditions 1. SCOPE. [Business Name] will perform the services described in the accompanying estimate or work order. Work outside that scope is quoted separately. 2. PAYMENT. A deposit of $[amount] is due before work begins; the balance is due on completion. Invoices unpaid after [30] days may accrue a late charge of [1.5]% per month where permitted by law. 3. SCHEDULING. Appointments may be rescheduled with at least [24] hours' notice. Missed appointments without notice may incur a $[amount] fee. 4. WORKMANSHIP. Labor is warranted for [90] days from completion. Parts and materials carry the manufacturer's warranty only. The warranty does not cover misuse, neglect or work by others. 5. ACCESS & SITE. The customer will provide safe, reasonable access to the work area and secure pets and valuables. [Business Name] is not responsible for pre-existing conditions discovered during the work, which will be documented and quoted before any additional work. 6. CANCELLATION. Either party may terminate before work begins; the customer pays for work and materials already provided. 7. DISPUTES. The parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute directly. This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of [State].
